Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Hays, KS is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock and rotate PepsiCo products, build displays, and support promotions.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving between stores, and being available for holidays. Training is provided, with on-the-job learning in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires driving to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require working holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10-12 hour shift (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).

• End Time: until work is done

What You'll Do
