Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandiser in Phoenix, AZ to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain backroom organization throughout the shift. You will set up displays and promotional materials while coordinating with store teams to meet daily distribution needs.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lbs repeatedly, a valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and willingness to work a variable schedule that may include holidays. Training is provided for handheld tools and order logging.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

• Work Days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week

• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
