Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandise associate in Goodyear, AZ to stock and rotate products, build displays, and support store teams across multiple locations.

You will move products from backrooms to the floor, set up promotional materials, and maintain shelves and coolers to ensure optimal in‑store presentation. The role requires driving to various locations, lifting 20–45 lb cases, and working eight to twelve hour shifts across rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires driving to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require working holidays.
• Must be able to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a long shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and keep backroom neat and safe.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Quick Look

• Pay: $22.70 per hour
• Location: Goodyear, AZ
• Work Days: 4 shifts available none are guaranteed: Sunday - Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday, Friday - Tuesday, and Thursday - Monday
• Start Time: 4am punctuality is crucial
• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
