Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandiser in Ellijay, GA to stock shelves and displays for PepsiCo products across local stores. The role involves rotating products, ensuring freshness and in‑stock conditions, and moving goods from backrooms to sales floors.

Expect on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment that requires lifting and moving products throughout the shift. Schedule varies with business needs and starts at 5:00 am. Full-time employment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
