Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to service local stores in the Waco, TX area. You will stock shelves and displays, rotate stock, and ensure freshness across routes. Training is provided, and you will work a variable schedule with two days off per week.

The role starts early with times like 1 am or 4 am during onboarding. You will collaborate with store teams, support daily records, and contribute to national and local promotions. Competitive pay and benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Need to drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over 10–12 hour shifts.
• Bending, reaching and squatting involved.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) for initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and support orders and daily records.

Quick Look

• Pay: $20.50 per hour

• Location: Waco, TX

• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: 1 or 4 am start time, determined during onboarding

• End Time: at the end of the route

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
