Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser in Anchorage, AK to stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain displays to support national and local promotions.

You will move products from backrooms to sales floors, organize stock, and ensure freshness and in-stock conditions while coordinating with store teams. Training on handheld devices is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift.
• May be required to work holidays.

• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).

Job description

• Work Days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 4am
• End Time: Based on route completion
• Pay: $25.75 per hour
• Location: Anchorage, AK

What You'll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
