Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate PepsiCo products across local stores. You will build displays, manage backroom organization, and support promotions with store teams. The role involves lifting and moving cases, and frequent travel between store locations.

The position requires a valid driver's license, personal transportation, and flexibility for holiday work. Training is provided to use handheld devices and record daily orders.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).

What You’ll Do
