Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Aurora, CO. You will stock and rotate shelves, build displays, manage POS materials, and perform store resets at customer locations.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with the ability to lift 45–65 lbs and work weekends. You will grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits while building strong relationships with accounts and collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply and have HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment; able to work weekends.
• Able to lift 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves daily and rotate products.
• Build and refresh displays.
• Manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels or promotions.
• Develop rapport with key accounts and share feedback with sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities.
• Flag stockouts and new item opportunities to sales.
