Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis seeks a full-time Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory management, and strategic product placement at customer locations.

You will build displays, manage stock, and maintain POS materials while developing beer, wine, and spirits knowledge. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts; stock shelves and build displays.
• Manage POS materials and perform store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key accounts; communicate brand opportunities to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings and address out-of-stocks.
• Grow beer, wine, and spirit knowledge; ensure safe handling of beverage alcohol.

Job Description Summary

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Job Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
  • Stocking and rotating shelves
  • Building displays
  • POS material management
  • Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to
  • Identify brand/category opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
  • Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Anyoffered salaryisdeterminedbased on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’sskillsandpriorrelevant experience.

• $20/hr. + $2,400 Annual Car Allowance and $300/month fuel card
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan
