Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to support retail accounts by ensuring proper product placement, stocking, and brand presentation. You will use your own vehicle for travel to keep stores well stocked and merchandised.

Responsibilities include daily merchandising, building displays, POS material management, and store resets for remodels or seasonal changes while fostering strong relationships with key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays.
• POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and shelf/cold box expansion.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact with the public.
