Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Minneapolis to creatively showcase brands by stocking shelves, building displays, and managing product placement at customer sites.

You will drive daily merchandising across accounts, establish strong relationships with key contacts, and identify opportunities to expand shelf presence while learning beer, wine, and spirits knowledge. Lifting up to 65 lbs is required and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 45-65 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays, manage POS materials, and store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Learn beer, wine and spirits knowledge for brands and customers; ensure safe handling of alcohol.
