Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by stocking shelves, building displays, and managing product placement. The role requires traveling to customer locations within the Orange Park area and operating 5am–2pm, Monday through Friday.

A car is needed to drive to customer sites and you will join a fun, family-based culture. The position emphasizes merchandising excellence, strong customer relationships, and a willingness to learn beer, wine, and spirits

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Respectfully handle beverage alcohol products and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
