Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City and County. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retail accounts and ensuring our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings.
