Job summary

PepsiCo in Nashville is seeking a route sales team member to cover vacations and LOAs. You will drive your own vehicle, replenish and merchandise Lay’s and Doritos across store locations, and join a team of Route Sales Representatives. Availability to work any day of the week and a rotating schedule is required.

Gas mileage reimbursement is provided, along with an iPhone for schedules and communications. On-the-job training and a competitive benefits package accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

Schedule

Will initially be a part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on, Between 3am and 5am. Subject to change based on business need. When work is completed
