Job summary

PepsiCo in Ladson, SC is seeking a route sales associate to drive a personal vehicle to store locations, retrieve and merchandise Frito-Lay products, and collaborate with a team of Route Sales Representatives.

You will follow a fixed schedule with early hours (4-6 AM start), receive gas mileage reimbursement, and use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity, with opportunities for schedule growth.

Qualifications

Pay

Quick Look Pay: $22.20 per hour

Schedule

Schedule changes weekly until you go to your own route, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Between 4-6 AM - When work is complete, approximately 8-10 hours per day.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.
