Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route-to-store delivery associate in Troutman, NC. You will drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations to retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise shelves, ensuring products are visible and stocked for customers.

You will work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives, follow a fixed schedule with early start times (between 5am–7am), and receive mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Pay: $21.80 per hour

• Location: 307 Flower House Loop, Troutman, NC, 28166

• Schedule: Sunday - Saturday; You will be scheduled to work 5 days and off 2 days, Start time is assigned to route; Avg start time between 5am-7am - Once all stops are complete

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

What You’ll Do

• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
