Job summary

PepsiCo in Polson, MT is seeking a Route Sales Associate to drive a personal vehicle to store locations, stock and merchandise Lay’s, Doritos and related brands, and ensure shelves are neat and ready for customers.

You’ll work with a team of Route Sales Representatives, follow a consistent schedule, and use a company iPhone to view schedules, log activity, and communicate with teammates. This full-time role offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock and merchandise Lay’s and Doritos and keep shelves neat and ready for customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
