Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a weekend-full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets on assigned routes. You will use company systems to document routing and account activity, transport products with a pallet jack or hand truck, and maintain backstock areas for inventory and freshness.

You must have reliable transportation, a valid license, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores to stock, display and rotate Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling products.
• Move products between backroom and floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checks and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and ensure proper inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $22.10 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
