Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate products on assigned routes, ensuring shelves are well presented and compliant with company standards.

You will travel to grocery stores, use pallet jacks, and record displays through our systems. This role requires reliable transportation and physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds. Local routes in the Mankato area, with weekends and 5am starts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state law.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance as per company/state requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• Preferred Education: High School Diploma/General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
