Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Twin Cities is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display our products at grocery stores on local routes. This full-time role starts early (2:00am or 4:00am) with weekend availability and overtime as needed.

You will travel locally, use company systems for routing and reporting, and help maintain backstock and product freshness across accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state law.
• Reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.
• Keep backstock organized to support inventory and product freshness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $25.95 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
