Job summary

Specialty Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser for the Northern Virginia area to develop skills toward a Sales Representative role. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with full-time hours in the Northern Virginia market.

The role focuses on merchandising, promotions, floor displays, and maintaining accurate product placement while meeting monthly business goals. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required.

General territory to include Northern Virginia region.

OBJECTIVE:To develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a Sales Representative.

Starting Pay: $18-$22/hr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• · Develop rapport with assigned customer base
• · Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
• · Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS
• · Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required
• · Organize and execute floor displays
• · Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
• · Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
• · Other duties as assigned
