Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City and County. This hands-on, field-based role maintains relationships with retail accounts and ensures products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success.

Schedule: Monday in office; Tuesday–Friday in the field. Territory: Baltimore City & County; 40+ retail locations; Pay: $20/hour. Company-Provided: van, iPhone, iPad, and fuel expenses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Top‑shelf customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and share feedback with the sales team; identify brand/category opportunities and shelf/face growth.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe interactions with the public.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
