Responsibilities include; taking direction from the Store Manager in planning, assigning, and delegating tasks; addressing customer service situations and resolving problems within the store and ingress, egress to the store.**Responsibilities*** Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base* Perform inventory & maintain proper inventory levels while sustaining an organized sales floor and stock room.* Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times.* Assist management of performance of the store by preparing and communicating goals. Communicating progress or opportunities for improvement to provide effective feedback.* Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction.* Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands. Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention.* Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns.* Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.* Supervises an entire aspect of the retail business (e.g. warehouse operations, main store operations, or heat press operations) under direct leadership from management* Occasionally supervises & assigns tasks to other FT & PT supervisors as well as non-supervisor PT staff* Train, track, & discipline other staff, including FT & PT supervisors & non-supervisors* Responsibilities may also include assisting as support for events on the campus**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
