SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws.
• Take direction from the Store Manager in planning, assigning, and delegating tasks.
• Address customer service situations and resolve problems within the store and ingress, egress to the store.
• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for the team and fan base.
• Maintain proper inventory levels while sustaining an organized sales floor and stock room.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times.
• Assist management in performance of the store by preparing and communicating goals.
• Communicate progress or opportunities for improvement and provide effective feedback.
• Assist in developing programs that result in increased customer satisfaction.
• Work with visual displays and merchandising stands; set up displays to best attract customers' attention.
• Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.
• Supervise an entire aspect of the retail business (e.g., warehouse operations, main store operations, or heat press operations) under direct leadership from management.
• Occasionally supervise and assign tasks to other FT & PT supervisors and non-supervisor PT staff.
• Train, track, and discipline other staff, including FT & PT supervisors and non-supervisors.
• Assist as support for events on campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• 2 years of merchandise experience preferred or related customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment, move fast, and act on assigned duties.
• Must be flexible to work all events, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
