Job summary

Five Below in Stamford, CT, is seeking an experienced store management professional to supervise daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure accurate merchandising, promote promotions, and maintain customer service excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures customer service excellence.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plans by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is executed.
