Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead a store team and drive top-line sales growth through exceptional operations and guest service.

You will supervise shipments, replenishment, pricing changes, and markdowns while focusing on performance, people development, and process compliance. You will coach and develop a diverse team, model operational excellence, and execute guest engagement initiatives to achieve Annual Performance Goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfort with data analysis and applying store-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecast and budgets to support scheduling and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends to better serve guests.
