Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management. Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience is required.

• Experience leading retail teams and driving store performance.
• Ability to implement SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and scheduling to meet store priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability of the team.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution to ensure timely unloading and accurate merchandising flow.
• Own daily task prioritization and staffing alignment with business needs.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
