• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Lead store operations in SOPs, policies, compliance, and staffing with strong workload planning.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTV/ASN processing, and stock movement with shrink control.
