Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Loveland, CO store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, and a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead SOP adherence, stock replenishment, and in-store execution, with responsibilities for Ship-from-Store, RTVs/ASNs, and visual standards, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASNs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
