Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures items are tagged, hung, secured and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow
