Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Ability to manage a high-volume, complex location
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and business planning processes

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide exceptional customer service
• Lead and develop store associates through training and supervision
• Merchandise strategically according to company guidelines
• Maintain store presentation and loss prevention standards
• Manage pricing, inventory and reporting using store systems
• Oversee scheduling and staffing during peak periods
• Support CEO Merchant in delivering a seamless customer experience
