Job summary

Silver Dollar City seeks an Emporium Replenishment Team Member for Dollywood Theme Park. This full-time seasonal role focuses on maintaining stock levels, stocking on the selling floor, and supporting the stockroom in line with safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions, assist guests, and promote merchandise while upholding Dollywood’s standards and Lead with Love culture. On-site, 15.50 USD per hour, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or warehouse work experience preferred.
• Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, generate reports, printing and inventory systems preferred.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory completion of onboarding process which includes background screening and pre employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels on the selling floor and organize stockroom inventory.
• Follow inventory control procedures including receiving, price ticketing, processing paperwork, and audits.
• Assist with training and use of electronic stock replenishment system.
• Operate cash register/POS system efficiently while adhering to policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote merchandise purchases.
