Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and train Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Communicate with supervisors to maintain flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and compliance with labor laws.
