Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
• Create a positive customer experience
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing
• Tag, hang, secure and code merchandise properly
• Organize back stock and maintain cleanliness
• Communicate with management to set priorities and provide progress updates
• Promote safety and adherence to policies
