The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership exposure helps, and you will be part of TJX’s global off-price retail

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains store standards.
• Organizes back stock and ensures merchandise is tagged and displayed properly.
• Trains Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
