The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Retail Associate in Pittsburgh to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service at our store. You will work with a team to maintain product flow, ensure accurate tagging and shelf presentation, and assist in daily operations.

You will train with experienced staff, handle backroom organization, and contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and organization of merchandise.
