Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to train others
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring Associates process efficiently
• Creates a positive customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains merchandising, tagging, signage and backroom organization
