Job summary

TJ Maxx in Cincinnati is hiring for a Store Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will help process shipments, stock shelves, and assist customers to ensure a positive experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
