Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasts and payroll data to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Analyze financial and operational reports, store visits, and audits.
• Lead by example and train associates in brand standards and guest engagement.
• Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to improve guest experience and metrics.
