Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience required and demonstrated ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Leadership experience of at least 6 months overseeing teammates or tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Create a positive customer experience through friendly service and store presentation.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and backroom organization to support stock flow.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and safety standards.
