Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll data to plan schedules and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly and timely.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and training to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Communicate trends and opportunities to field leadership.
