Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing
• Oversee inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership on priority tasks
• Lead Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes
• Coach and develop team members in assigned departments
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment
