Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Manage scheduling and payroll within budgets; coordinate with GM for workload.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead through brand programs and ensure guest-centric store experience.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to develop associates.
