Qualifications

• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Review and act on store financial and operational reporting.
• Lead associate training and development and coaching.
• Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
