Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operations.
• Lead truck execution processes, enabling timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, replenishment accuracy, and stock movement.
