Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution across the store.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment and effective stock movement.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership continuity.
• Support in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
