Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. – HomeGoods in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Store Associate focused on receiving and merchandising to ensure an excellent customer experience and smooth store operations.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, the ability to lift heavy objects, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Starting pay is USD 16.15–16.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and deliver strong customer service
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to sales floor
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing and coding of merchandise
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth store operations
• Uphold safety, cleanliness and backroom organization
