Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains organization and clean backroom areas
• Supports safety, recycling, and hazardous waste programs
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and loss-prevention goals
• Other duties as assigned
