Job summary

Marshalls within the TJX family is seeking a team-oriented Associate to support receiving and merchandising processes on the sales floor. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and training new associates on merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include tagging, hanging, and stocking merchandise, coordinating with backroom operations, and upholding safety and loss-prevention practices while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving and merchandising standards on the floor.
• Lead and train associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, and stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and backroom organization.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
