Job summary

TJX Companies is hiring at our USA HomeGoods location in Broomall, PA. The role focuses on receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train Associates, maintain tagging and backroom organization, and collaborate with management to improve operations while upholding safety and compliance with policies. Prior retail and leadership exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and adapting to changing directions.
• Team player, able to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others and demonstrate leadership.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing standards.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and stock for replenishment.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and customer loyalty programs.
